It was a quiet Thursday night in January. Pittsburgh was cold, still shaking off the holidays, and we were winding down with a couple of hazy IPAs at Conny Creek Brewery. Just a few months earlier, our house had been the backdrop of a full-blown photo and video production. Our real estate agent had suggested we take advantage of peak fall foliage for the visuals, then wait until spring—when the market picked back up—to officially list the house.

Even though he was born with vision issues and has trouble with his peripheral view, he courageously runs security for the whole operation and keeps his co-pilots in line. Beneath his floppy cockapoo charm is a stubborn, sweet-natured and endlessly lovable guy who lives by the simple truth that happiness doesn’t require much — just an open road, unlimited apples and carrots, a bedtime bear, and the ones he loves dearly within paw's reach.

A retired building inspector, firefighter, and EMT, Paul brings a lifetime of service, skill, and heart to every mile of our journey.
He’s the proud father of two driven,grounded sons who carry forward his values of hard work and integrity. And while he jokes that his current job is “driving Miss Kelli,” behind the humor is a fierce love and deep devotion—to her, to family, and to the simple, profound joy of a life lived with purpose.
